The analysis, which is done on site, is representative of a customer's shopping experience. This is a chiefly qualitative analysis, since customers do not make a formal analysis of their shopping experience; rather, they take with them a general impression based on their individual perception. From this, they will form either a positive, negative or neutral opinion of the business.

To ensure this analysis process is consistent with what real customers face when shopping, mystery shoppers will act as real customers when making their evaluation. Furthermore, our Mystery Shoppers are provided with guidelines, information, and training, which helps eliminate misunderstandings and maintain high-quality, credible results.
